MJ400 drilling rig, produced by Tianjin Lohr industrial Co.Ltd., is adopt truck mounted and a rotary drilling rig with directional circulation. It can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with a suitable drilling bit. It is mainly used for geological exploration, water well project as well as underground tunnel ventilating device, especially for the water well project in Africa.
Main features:
1. adapt new-type truss structure mast and wire rope—new implement of cylinder compression/decompression, realize full process of compression/decompression operation. It shows the features of great capacity in pullup & down, reducing the auxiliary time & labour intensity as well as improving work efficiency.
2. use 6-gears truck transmission box equipped with Push-Pull flexible axle gear shifting system, wide range of turntable speed in conformity with different technical requirements.
3. locate optional dynamics in accordance with DEUTZ913 or 6135AN diesel engine which characterizes by strong dynamics.
4. provide many kinds of truck chassis with optional axle base and proper loading capacity, such as Jinan Automobile, Shaanxi Automobile, Beijing Foton Automobile etc, meet the different requirement of users, clients abroad may select other similar truck chassis matching to drilling rig.（drilling rig is available for export of spare parts and local assembly）
